More Christmas Paper Tole/Decoupage

Yes, I am back into the Christmas swing.  Only eight more paper tole images to put on to cards and then I can move on to other types of cards. :-)
This card came about as I tried to put a video on to the disk and totally mucked it up.  So the disk was heading for the bin and I thought this is the chance to use it on one of my cards.  I have always seen that people use them but have never done so myself.  I think it really works on this card.
I started with a square white base card and then a layer of this lovely Allison Ellis Blue Metallic Holly paper.  Next came the disk and I topped that with this new to Blue Edge Crafts Laser cut design for a card front.  Aren't those snowflakes wonderful.  I then cut a blue circle with my Spellbinder to match the paper tole image.  This image is from my Mini Christmas 3D Paper tole booklet.  You can't see in the photo but I added a touch of Kindy Glitz to the roof top.

I really like this little booklet as it has matching papers to use and little embellishing details.  So this time I started with a cream colour card blank and layered with SU Real Red, then a page from the little booklet.  I layered the paper tole/decoupage image with SU Real Red also.  To finish, I simply added three little gold diamond shape stickers .....they are actually left over pieces of stickers.

Great news.....I discovered that I made Top Three over at Scrapalicious for my card with the little girl on the swing and all in pink.  How exciting is that.  :-)

The above cards are heading to Tracey to go towards her collection of cards for Aussie Troops.
