Bright Birthday Balloons

I brought out the bright card stocks for this fun birthday card. The balloons I have paper pieced. Finished with vellum tabs and a little bling.

    This is one of my fave cards, Merry. What a clever idea to paper piece the balloons. I am going to be doing that soon. Lovely colours and papers here.
