Cuttlebug Nestie Card and Crocheted Flowers
I couldn't help myself last night after visiting Ikki's Cuttlebug Cupboard I just had to try some of the things I saw. So excited I was I didn't even want to leave the room to get my glasses which I need these days to see finer details. I created this card using the scalloped edged circle nestie from Spellbinders. The card measures just 9cm so I would probably use it to accompany a gift. Christmas tags are buzzing around in my head now. The base card is SU Night of Navy which I have run through the cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. Then a layer of SU Bashful Blue. I coloured the Stamping Up (played with friends stamp so don't know the name) image using my aqua pen and SU Soft Subtles inkspots . Embossed the edge of the circle and chalked it as suggested over at Ikki's . Finished all with a silver bow. These crochet flowers kept my hands busy all day yesterday. Now I have to finish all the ends off and bag them up ready for the markets.
