Sadly, I had to make a sympathy card for the wife of one of the volunteers of the local museum who passed away. I have had these wonderful lily stickers in my stash for a long time and this was perfect for my card. So simply a bit of layering with white card stock which I ran through one of my embossing folders. Sentiment is computer generated.
