Craftmad June Card Swap - Use Embossing Folders

Our card swap theme for June over at Craftmad (view gallery) was Embossing Folders.  I thought I would have another try at embedded embossing.  So grabbed out some of my SU colours as I knew they would work well together and cut out a range of circles.  I then attached them to the white card stock and run the lot through my SU Lattice embossing folder.  Topped it off with Happy Birthday cut with my Elizabeth Craft Die.

Thanks for visiting.

  7. I don't think I've ever tried that technique -- sounds interesting and your background almost looks like bark-cloth fabric. Enjoy your daughter all you can. I know from other friends who've watched their children fly the nest, it's sometimes a bittersweet moment. Here's a hug in advance -- {{{{{ Hugs! }}}}}
    By the way, I didn't get to attend the stamp show, but a girlfriend took a photo of Mark & Cynthia Stansell of Stamp-a-Mania stamp company for me. My cousin's husband married their kids, so they are almost family! :)

    These happy colours are lovely. Very nice card and I love the round shapes. Can never get bored of them.
