I decided to have a go at Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #4. You have to do a fancy fold card using at least one of Mo's Digital images. Thought why not have a look at the images and purchase a Christmas image. Found this beautiful Holly Fairy which I have seen other people use, she is too cute and fun to colour.I decided on a gate fold card which doesn't really show this photo but it does open in the centre. I used SU Certainly Celery for the base card which I used the little spots from a SU Snowflake set around the edge. Added a piece of SU Design Paper in Rose Red to each side of the card. Added some silver ribbon with some cute little bows on it that I received from Blue Edge Crafts. Some wonderful snowflake stickers from the Sticker Store and topped with silver bling. Three little green buttons in the right hand corner. I coloured the Holly Fairy with my aqua pen and watercolour pencils and added a touch of glitter on the frill of her skirt. Cut her out with my hexagon nestabilities.
I will be entering this into the Sophisticat Challenge #9 which asks for 'Buttons and Ribbons'.
Fabulous card...great fold and a beautifully coloured image!!! Love it!

ReplyDeleteTo answer your question TP = toilet paper! LOL! Can you believe there is a challenge to use that on your card? It was fun but I had a hard time getting TP to do what I wanted!
