Hi everyone, I really enjoyed making this card. In fact, I made it twice...that wasn't too much fun. The first time round I had put the card altogether and then decided that the coloured circles would look better with glossy accents on them. Wrong....they oozed outside the edge of the circle when drying so not a good look. So second time round I cut the circles and left them on some baking paper while the glossy accents dried, then attached to the card.
I found this template on Bird's Cards blog. Used my Spellbinder dies and a circle paper punch and my new alphabet die from Impression Obsession.
Wishing you a good day and thanks for dropping on by.
Great theme -not enough ideas out there for boy cards.

What a cute card. You have such great cards.
ReplyDeleteDid you know I love template cards? So when I saw this in my blog feed, I just had to come get a closer view. Very cute! Have you tried those "watch crystals?" They are little clear plastic circles with sticky on the bottom to put over round adornments like the inside of pop-bottle (soda) lids. I found a package of nine at my local dollar store.
ReplyDeleteJust figured out how to change my settings so that I can reply to comments on my blog. :-) I have not heard of watch crystals but they sound like they would have been perfect for this project.
